Making an impact
We have worked with families caring for disabled and seriously ill children for more than fifty years. In that time, we’ve seen how even a small amount of support, given at the right time, can have huge impact.
At Family Fund, we measure impact through our theory of change and outcomes framework.
We developed our theory of change with input from families, our team and external stakeholders. It shows how our support helps families now. And how what we do contributes to a more inclusive society for families in the longer-term.
