Family Fund Group has signed the Armed Forces Covenant. It is a promise from the nation to those who serve or who have served, and their families. It says we will do all we can to ensure that they are treated fairly and not disadvantaged in their day-to day lives.
For us at Family Fund, it means we pledge to provide employment support to members of the Armed Forces Community. This includes service leavers and veterans, and currently serving reserve members in the UK Armed Forces. It also includes family members of someone serving (or formerly serving) and bereaved family members of someone who died on service, in the UK Armed Forces.
Therefore, we will invite to interview all members of the Armed Forces Community who apply to us and meet the essential requirements of the role.
