As a mother of an autistic child, Shana found support in the invaluable advice from other parents and wanted to create a community where everyone could have access to the same support. In April 2024 she formed Chaotic which has become a pioneering space where opportunity meets support.
Chaotic is a purpose-driven community where everyone is welcome. They describe anyone who joins their space as a member of the Family, and we’re so excited to be the latest members and to welcome them into our family too.

Family Fund and Chaotic share the same goal – helping families raising disabled or seriously ill children who face emotional strain, 24/7 care needs, and financial hardship.
We serve the same community, and together, we can make a meaningful difference. This generous corporate donation from Chaotic will help us provide essential grant items based on family need ensuring support is both meaningful and tailored to their needs.
Chaotic have ensured that a caring community is at the centre of what they do and we are beyond honoured to have been chosen as one of the charities that they support. Over the next three years, their support will help Family Fund to deliver grants to families with small and impactful items including:
